1. Rental Period and Returns

• Rental Period: Toys are rented for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Return Policy: You must return toys on or before the due date. If you wish to extend your rental, please contact us in advance to check availability.
• Returns: Toys must be returned in the same condition as when rented (clean, undamaged, and with all parts included).

2. Late Returns and Late Fees

• Late Fee: A fee of Rs.10 per day will be charged for each day a toy is returned after the due date.
• Maximum Late Fees: After 7 days late, the rental will be considered as a non-returned item, and you will be charged the full replacement cost of the toy.

3. Damaged, Missing or Wrong Items

• Responsibility for Damages: If a toy is returned damaged, you will be charged for repairs or the full replacement cost of the toy if it cannot be fixed.
• Missing Parts: If a toy is returned without its original parts, you will be charged a replacement fee for those parts.
• Reporting Damage: If the toy arrives damaged, please report it within 1 hour of receiving it, and we will provide a replacement.
• Wrong Toy Received: If the wrong toy is shipped, please report it within 1 hour of receiving it, we will send the correct toy at no extra charge.

4. Exchanges

• Exchange Policy: No exchanges will be allowed once the toy has been delivered.

5. Refunds

• Membership Cancellation: You can cancel your membership at any time. Upon cancellation, your refundable deposit will be returned to you, provided all borrowed toys are returned in good condition.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Cleaning: Please clean the toy before returning it. If a toy is returned excessively dirty, a cleaning fee may apply.

Return Condition: Customers are responsible for returning the toys in the same condition they were received, including all parts, packaging, and accessories.
